tiedhearts, Inc. (“the Company”) operates a comprehensive information website for mothers, a wellness business and other internet services. Personal information obtained from customers through these activities, together with the personal information of our employees (collectively, “personal information”), is important to the Company, and we recognize that protecting it reliably is an important social responsibility.

Accordingly, the Company handles personal information obtained through its business activities in line with the following policy, providing peace of mind to customers and employees and fulfilling its social responsibility.

We have established a contact point for inquiries about personal information and respond promptly and in good faith to complaints and consultations about its handling.

5. Continuous improvement

• Our personal information protection management system monitors and audits compliance with internal rules, seeks out violations, incidents, accidents and weaknesses, and is reviewed by management. The results are reflected in our controls and internal rules to continuously improve the system.
• Improvements are made in compliance with laws and regulations.
